Weekly Compensation and Bonuses

Compensation Plan

All new hires will be start as ‘Trainee’.

  • Once the ‘trainee’ calls & updates 500 Lead accounts that trainee will be up for advancement to Associate. In Essence, you are being paid to make phone calls using the provided scripts.

The purpose of each call will be to identify the decision maker in charge of  “placing the companies past due accounts for collections”. During the call you will be prompted to ask questions to determine if this Lead has any bad debt that they are having a difficult time collecting.

  • Once you have identified a lead that has at least 1k in prime collections that lead can be classified as Prospect. 
  • You will work with your team leader to convert this contact to a Client.

Ultimately you are striving to close clients & build up
a very rewarding (profitable) book of ‘placing clients’.

Full-Time & Part-Time Compensation Example

Part-Time Daily Activity Example Points

200 points per day x 5 days per week = 1000 points per week = $250 per week.
This daily activity goal will generate an average of $1,000 per month earnings for part time hours!

440 points per day x 5 days per week = 2200 points per week = $550 per week.
This daily activity goal will generate an average of $2,200 per month earnings for part time hours!

There are weekly contest for BONUS points!

**Receive 100 Points for completion of your first 2 days of training!**

***You will also receive points as you train with your team leader throughout the week!***

A visa debit card will be mailed to you upon your first week of End of Review completion (to ensure that you hit your min. requirements). After your first week, you will receive ‘cash’ on your visa each week after you pass your end of week review for your compensation.

How do you get paid?

Weekly CompensationYou will begin to receive compensation points the moment that you make your first call. In order to qualify for your weekly compensation remittance you must complete the minimum activity and production standards set for your goal. Each Friday you will have a virtual, one-on-one review with your team leader to ensure you are on track and have hit all of your minimums.

Once approved, you will be credited with the appropriate points earned for that week. You may then turn in your points for $$$ on your Oxford Visa the same business day!!

Advancement

Once you reach the 500 call benchmark, you will be available to advance to an Associate; you will receive a BONUS of $50.00 and be able to work towards your advancement as a Team Leader or Senior Associate.

You must co-close 20 clients (with your team leader) as an associate to advance to TL.

Ipad and $500 Cash For Team LeadersOnce advanced to a Team Leader you will receive a $500.00 cash bonus and an ipad!

Team leaders make a min. of 50k/ yr. with virtually unlimited possibility!
